This tutorial assumes a basic working knowledge of PSP and AS. I use X5 but any version will do.

This tut uses a FTU scrap kit from Tao Lafleur called Aurore Boreale, and is available HERE.

The fairy image is copyright to Sara Butcher and is available for purchase from CDO HERE
The sparkle animation is from SophisticatSimone, Package 46, and is also available at CDO HERE
The mask is FTU from Brutal Designs, mask #14, and that's available HERE
The font I've used is Fairy Scroll Display and its FTU, HERE

Open a new image 600 x 600 and flood fill with white
You can resize it later if you wish
Open paper 4, resize to 600 x 600, copy, close and paste as new layer
Load your mask and then merge group
Pull the mask up just a bit by pulling the top node
Reduce the opacity to 70%
Open element 22, resize to 500 width, copy, close and paste as new layer
You can start adding drop shadows as you go - I used 3, 3, 20, 5, black on my elements
Holding the shift key down, with your magic wand, click inside each of the frame openings
Selection, modify, expand 5
New raster layer
Open paper 12, resize to 400 width, copy, and and close
Paste into selection
Deselect
Move below the frame layer
Open your Sara Butcher tube
With your rectangular selection tool, select part of the image
Edit, copy and minimize for now
With your magic wand, click inside the left frame opening
Edit, paste into selection
Deselect and move below the frame layer
Maximize your Sara Butcher tube and select another area of the tube
Minimize
With your magic wand, click inside the right frame opening
Edit, paste into selection
Deselect and move below the frame layer
Activate your group layer
Open element 54, resize to 500 wdith, copy, close and paste as new layer
Move up so it's above the frame
Select one of the flowers you'd like to use, resize and put at the top left behind the frame
Open element 66, resize to about 200 height, copy, close and paste as new layer
Move down and to the left
With your eraser set to size 80, hardness 40, step 1, density 50, thickness 100, opacity 25, just soften the bottom of the plant so it fades out a bit
Open aurore boreale 1, resize to about 300 height, copy, close and paste as new layer
Move down and to the left
Open element 62, resize to about 300 height, flip horizontal (mirror), copy, close and paste as new layer
Move down and to the right (no drop shadow on this one)
Maximize your Sara Butcher tube, copy, close and paste as new layer
With your eraser, soften the bottom of her dress and the bottom of the mask - same settings as before
Add a few little flowers and the grass to the bottom right, and then soften the bottom of the grass with the eraser tool again
Add your copyright info and license number for the Sara Butcher tube
For my text, I used Fairy Scroll Display, #699b58 and gave it a small drop shadow
Starting at your top layer, merge down to and including the Sara Butcher tube
Close the eye on this merged layer
Activate any other layer and edit, copy special, copy merged
Go to AS and paste as new animation
Duplicate until you have 18 frames and then minimize
Open animation 138 from SophisticatSimone's package 46
Edit, select all
Animation, resize animation to 500 width
Edit, copy and then close
Maximize your background frames
Edit, select all
Edit, paste into selected frame (Frame 1)
Position about the middle of the center frame and click once to set it in place
Minimize for now
Back to PSP and open the eye on your top merged layer
Copy and go to AS and paste as new animation
Duplicate until you have 18 frames
Edit, select all
Edit, copy and then close
Maximize your background animation frames
Edit, paste into selected frame (Frame 1)
Position and click once to set it in place
If you want to resize, click animation, resize animation and choose the size you want
