This tutorial assumes a basic working knowledge of PSP and AS.

Scrap kit is Bootiful Day from Tagcatz Design and is available at Hania's Design Store HERE.
The tube is PTU by Verymany and is available HERE
The animation is from SophisticatSimone, available CDO HERE It's one of three animations in the package
The mask is FTU from Moonbeams & Spiderwebs and you can get it HERE It's mask 65
Font of choice - I used Honebone
Eye Candy 4000 Gradient Glow and you can get it HERE


Install your plugin before beginning
Put the mask in your masks folder
Open a new transparent image 600 x 600 and flood fill with white
Open paper 7, resize to 600 x 600 copy, close and paste as new layer
Load your mask with source luminance, fit to canvas and hide all mask checked
Merge group
Open element 35, resize to 240 width and move to the top left
Duplicate this layer and move to about the middle at the right side
Open element 15, resize to 315 width and move to the top left
Open element 38, resize to 285 width and move up a bit and to the left side
Open element 60, resize to 290 width and move to the right and up a bit
With your magic wand, click inside the frame
Selections, modify, expand, 10
New raster layer
Open paper 8, copy, close and paste into selection
Deselect
Move below the frame layer
Open the Verymany tube, resize to 500 height
Copy the closeup layer and paste it over the grey background in the frame
Position where you like it and then erase any bits outside the frame
Reduce the opacity of this layer to 50%
Activate your frame layer
Open element 32, resize to 135 width and move to the bottom right of the frame
Open element 18, resize to 150 width and move down and to the left in front of the house
Open element 10, resize to 65 width and move down and slightly right
Open element 39, resize to 150 width and move down and to the right - in front of the grate and the bottle
Open element 43, resize to 300 height, copy and close
Paste as new layer and then rotate left, 90 and move to the top of the frame
Open element 49, resize to 210 width and move up and to the right side of the frame
Open element 40, resize to 500 width and move to the bottom of the tag
Open element 25, resize to 125 width and move to the bottom left
Open element 69, resize to 145 width and move to the right of the purple pumpkin
Open element 73, resize to 100 width and move down in front of the two pumpkins
Open element 1, resize to 230 width and move to the bottom right
Maximize your Verymany tube, and copy the full witch layer, close without saving and paste as new layer
Go through your layers and give your elements a drop shadow
I used 0, 3, 30, 6, black
Add the copyright info and license number for the Verymany tube
Convert to raster
Effects, plugins, Eye Candy 4000, Gradient Glow:
On the color tab choose white
On the basic tab, 5, 25, 100, draw box checked
Reduce the opacity of this layer to 60%
For my text, I used Honebone, #441e4e
Gradient glow again, but change basic to 8, 25, 100, draw box checked
Starting with your frame layer, merge down to and including the white background layer
Copy this merged layer and go to AS, right click to paste as new animation
Duplicate until you have 16 frames and then minimize for now
Open the smoke animation from SophisticatSimone
Edit, select all
Edit, copy and then close
Maximize your tag frames
Edit, select all
Edit, paste into selected frame - frame 1
Position the smoke where you want it and then click once to set in place
Minimize for now
Back to PSP and close the eye on the merged background layer
Click any other layer to activate it
Edit, copy special, copy merged
Go to AS and right click to paste as new animation
Duplicate until you have 16 frames
Edit, copy and then close
Maximize your tag frames again
Edit, paste into selected frame - again frame 1
Position and click once to set in place
If you wish to resize, click animation, resize animation and choose the size you want
Save as a gif file
