This tutorial assumes a basic working knowledge of PSP and AS.
Scrap kit is PTU by Hania's Design called Dark Mood and is available at her store HERE
The animation is PTU by SophisticatSimone and is also available at Hania's Design HERE
The woman is PTU by Vadis and is available at PFD HERE
The mask is FTU from Moonbeams & Spiderwebs and you can get it on her blog HERE It is mask 65
The plugin Eye Candy 4000, Gradient Glow and you can get that HERE


Install your plugin before beginning
Put the mask in your PSP Masks folder
Open a new transparent image 600 x 600 and then flood fill with white
We'll resize later
Load your mask with source luminance, fit to canvas and hide all mask checked
Merge group
Adjust blur, gaussian blur, 8
Open element 42, resize to 250 width, copy and close
Paste as new layer and move to the top right
Open element 46, resize to 380 width, copy and close
Paste as new layer and move to the top left
Open element 1, resize to 130 width, copy and close
Paste as new layer and move down and to the left side
Open element 70, resize to 200 width, copy and close
Paste as new layer and move down in front of the cross
Open element 63, resize to 180 width, copy and close
Paste as new layer and move up so it's over the left part of the gate
Open your Vadis tube and choose the layers you want
You'll have to resize her to about 230 width - then copy and close without saving
Paste as new layer and move her up and to the right, between the open gates
Open element 49, resize to 260 width, copy and close
Paste as new layer and move so the top leaf is just below the girl's elbow on the right
Open element 34, resize to 270 width, copy and close
Paste as new layer and move to the right a bit
Open element 45, copy, close and paste as new layer
Move to the bottom of the tag
Open element 80, resize to 240 width, copy and close
Paste as new layer and move to the bottom right
Open element 87, resize to 220 width, copy and close
Paste as new layer and move to the right, on top of the box
Open element 10, resize to 115 width, copy and close
Paste as new layer and move on top of the box
Open element 14, resize to 550 width, copy and close
Paste as new layer
Open element 2, resize to 90 width, copy and close
Paste as new layer and move near the top left
Open element 84, resize to 100 width, copy and close
Paste as new layer and move to the bottom left
Open element 25, resize to 240 width, copy and close
Paste as new layer and move down and to the left
Open element 19, resize to 160 width, copy and close
Move down in front of the musical instruments
Open element 71, resize to 50 width, copy and close
Paste as new layer and move left and down to the bottom
Open element 74, resize to 110 width, copy and close
Paste as new layer and move down next to the pink bottle and overlapping it a bit
Go through your layers and add drop shadows to your elements
I used 0, 3, 30, 5, black
Add the copyright info and license number for the Vadis tube
Convert to raster
Effects, plugins, Eye Candy 4000, Gradient Glow
On the color tab choose white
On the basic tab, 8, 25, 100, draw box checked
Lower the opacity of this layer to 60%
For my text, I used Rat Infested Mailbox, #b61169
Convert to raster
Give it the same gradient glow, but change opacity to 75
Starting with the layer with the candles, merge down to and including the white background layer
Copy this merged layer and go to AS
Right click to paste as new animation
Duplicate until you have 16 frames and then minimize for now
Open the pink smoke animation from SophisticatSimone
Edit, select all
Edit, copy and then close
Maximize your background frames
Edit, select all
Edit, paste into selected frame - frame 1
Position over the box at the bottom right and click once to set in place
Minimize for now
Back to PSP
Close the eye on the merged background layer
Click any other layer to activate it
Edit, copy special, copy merged
Go to AS and right click to paste as new animation
Duplicate until you have 16 frames
Edit, select all
Edit, copy and then close
Maximize your background frames
Edit, paste into selected frame - again frame 1
Position and click once to set in place
If you wish to resize, click animation, resize animation and choose the size you want
Save as a gif file
