Open your fonts and minimize to the task bar Open AS and minimize for now Open your images in PSP and minimize for now Open a new image, 600 x 250 Maximize your Josh Howard tube, copy the tube layer and minimize Paste as new layer Effects, plugins, Mura Meister - Copies:  Merge all (flatten) Effects, Brush Strokes - Angled Strokes:  Repeat Brush Stokes one more time with the same settings Effects, plugins, Italian Editors Effects - Efetto Fantasma with both settings at 100 Adjust, blur, motion blur:  Paste as new layer and resize her to 80%, uncheck resize all layers Move her down and to the right side Give her a drop shadow - I used 3, 3, 30, 5, black Click on your background layer to activate it Maximize the velvet ribbons Resize to 1000 width, check resize all layers With your selection tool, select the ribbon you want to use I used the dark grey one Copy and close Paste as new layer Use your pick tool to widen it just a bit then give it the same drop shadow Maximize the scrap chains Click on the layer of chains you want to use, copy and close Paste as new layer and move on top of the ribbon and to the left side Layers, duplicate Image, mirror With your pick tool, move the chain over to the right so it appears one chain goes right across the tag You can hide the join in the tube behind the woman's hand Give both layers the same drop shadow Click on your top layer to activate it Make your background color #7acb4e and null your foreground color With the Allison ROB font, type your first line of text "Go ahead" Give it a small drop shadow - I used 2, 2, 30, 2, black Move into position With the Arabolical font, type the second line of text "make my day" Give it the same drop shadow Move into position Change your background color to #a6232f and using the Gigi font, type your name Same drop shadow and move into position Change your background color to #808080 Add your copyright info from the tube, I used Arial Narrow for that Layers, new raster layer Selections, select all Selections, modify, contrat, 5 Selections, invert Flood fill the selection with black or a color from your tube Select none Make sure everything is where you want it and that you've added your drop shadows Close the eye on the bottom layer Click on any other layer than the bottom one, and merge visible Open the eye on the background layer and copy it Go to AS and right click to paste as new animation Effects, insert image effects:  Minimize your frames Back to PSP and copy your image layer Take to AS and right click to paste as new animation Duplicate this until you have 11 frames Edit, select all Edit, copy and close without saving Maximize your background frames Edit, select all Edit, paste into selected frame (frame 1) Place your image frame over the first background frame and left click once to place it Save as a gif file and you're done!
