The woman and cupid images are PTU and are copyright to Elias Chatzoudis and are available for purchase from PTE HERE Save the mask to your masks folder Open AS and minimize for now Open your font and minimize to the task bar Open a new image, 600 x 600 Flood fill with white Open paper2, resize to 600 x 600, copy and close Paste as new layer Load your mask and then merge group Lower the opacity of this layer to 70% Open element 37, copy and close Paste as new layer Give it a drop shadow - I used 3, 3, 30, 4, black Click on your group layer to activate it Open element3, copy and close Paste as new layer Resize and place to suit I did three layers, moving the hearts around to different spots However, many layers of the little hearts you do, merge them all together Then duplicate twice so you have three layers of the little hearts On the top hearts layer, select all, float, defloat Add noise - monochrome and uniform checked, 90 On the middle hearts layer, add noise, same settings, 80 On the bottom hearts layer, add noise, same settings, 70 Deselect Open element 47, the x0x0 word art, copy and close Paste as new layer and resize to suit, move to the top right and give it the same drop shadow Open element 30, copy and close Paste as new layer, resize to suit and move to the right side of the big heart Same drop shadow Do the same on the left side of the heart with whatever variation of flower/candy you prefer! Remember to give them all a drop shadow Open your Elias lady tube, copy and close Paste as new layer and move her to the left of center a bit - same drop shadow Open your Elias cupid tube, copy and close Resize and place to suit, same drop shadow If you are going to resize the tag do that now before adding any text Add your copyright info and license number for the Elias Chatzoudis tubes For the name on the tag I used PFChampionScriptPro, #cf163d Give it a small drop shadow - I used 1, 1, 30, 2, black Duplicate this layer Now to animate! Close the eye on the bottom two of the little hearts layers Click on the top little hearts layer to activate it Edit, copy special, copy merged (in some versions just copy merged) Go to AS and right click to paste as new animation Back to PSP, close the eye on the top little hearts layer and open the eye on the middle one Click the middle one to activate it Edit, copy special, copy merged Go to AS and paste after current frame Back to PSP, close the eye on the middle little hearts layer and open the eye on the bottom one Click the bottom one to activate it Edit, copy special, copy merged Go to AS and paste after current frame Save as a GIF file and you're done!
