Install your plugin before beginning Save the mask to your masks folder Open AS and minimize for now Open your font and minimize to the task bar Open a new image, 600 x 600 Flood fill with white Open paper 10, resize to 600 x 600, copy and close Paste as new layer Load your mask and then merge group I used my eraser tool set at density 30 to go around the edges of the mask in kind of a random way Otherwise I had sharp edges on the tag which I didn't like Open frame 4, copy and close Paste as new layer Open hearts1, copy and close Paste as new layer and move to the right side - you may have to resize a bit Pick the flowers and bow that you like and put them on the left side of the frame You will have to resize to suit Click on your group layer to activate it Open glitter1, copy and close Paste as new layer I moved it to the left and up, then duplicated the layer and moved to the right, then duplicated again and moved it down to the bottom of the heart shape Merge these three layers together Duplicate it twice so you have three layers of the sparkles With your picture tubes tool, choose the white sparkle Scale 20, Step 1, Random On the top sparkles layer, put 4 or 5 sparkles randomly placed Same on the middle sparkles layer Same on the bottom sparkles layer Change your scale to 25 On the top sparkles layer, put 3 or 4 sparkles randomly placed Same on the middle sparkles layer Same on the bottom sparkles layer Change your scale to 30 On the top sparkles layer, put 2 or 3 sparkles randomly placed Same on the middle sparkles layer Same on the bottom sparkles layer Its important when doing these not to get them on top of each other - otherwise your tag will flash instead of sparkle Click on your top layer to activate it Open the Garv Guy tube, copy and close Paste as new layer and move him to the right side of the heart Open the lady Garv tube, copy and close Paste as new layer and put her beside the man - I reduced her in size just a tad! Add drop shadows to your elements - but not the sparkle layers I used 3, 3, 30, 4, black If you are going to resize your tag, do that now before adding any text Add your copyright info and license number for the Garvey images For my text I used the font MonAmour, #2b3850 Give it a small drop shadow - I used 1, 1, 30, 2, black Effects, plugins, Mura's Seamless - Emboss at Alpha - default settings except change emboss to 100 Close the eye on the bottom two sparkles layers Click on the top sparkles layer to activate it Edit, copy special, copy merged (in some versions its just copy merged) Go to AS and right click to paste as new animation Back to PSP and close the eye on the top sparkles layer Open the eye on the middle sparkles layer and click on it to activate it Edit, copy special, copy merged Go to AS and paste after current frame Back to PSP and close the eye on the middle sparkles layer Click on the bottom sparkles layer to activate it and open the eye Edit, copy special, copy merged Go to AS and paste after current frame Save as a GIF file and you're all done!
