This tutorial assumes a basic working knowledge of PSP and AS. I use X5 but any version will do.

This tut uses a FTU scrap kit from Kittz Kreationz called Magic, and is available HERE.

The animation is FTU from Sophisticated Simone and is available HERE
The mask is FTU, also from Sophisticated Simone and is available HERE It's mask 62.
You will need the plugin Greg's Factory Output Vol 11 - Pool shadow and you can get that HERE It's called Factory Output II on this site.

Install your plugin before beginning
Put the mask in your masks folder
Open a new image 600 x 600 and flood fill with white
You can resize it later if you wish
Open paper 5, resize to 600 x 600, copy and close
Paste as new layer
Load your mask and then merge group
Pull the corners of the mask out just a bit to make it larger
Open R-56, resize to about 450 width, copy and close
Paste as new layer
With your magic wand, click inside the circle
Selections, modify, expand, 5
New raster layer
Flood fill with #c9060f
Effects, plugins, Greg's Factory Output Vol II - Pool Shadow - default settings
Move this below the frame layer
Click your group layer to activate it
Open R-60, copy and close
Paste as new layer and move to the top right
Duplicate and move to the bottom left
Open R-30, copy and close
Paste as new layer and move up just a tiny bit
Add the bow on the top left and the dove on the right side
On the bottom left, I added the box, the hat with rabbit ears and the kitty
Open R-58, resize to 500 width, copy and close
Paste as new layer and you want to get the star over the large flare
Add the tickets on the left side
Open your Misticheskaya tube, copy the lady and close
Paste as new layer and move her to the left a bit
Add your copyright info and license number for the tube
For my text, I used Magic School (free on, black in the foreground, #C9060f in the background, stroke with 1
Convert to raster layer and give it a small drop shadow - I used 2, 2, 30, 2, black
Go back through your layers and add drop shadows to your elements
I used 3, 3, 30, 5, black
Merge all flatten
Don't resize yet - we'll do that in AS
Copy and go to AS and right click to paste as new animation
Duplicate until you have 16 frames
Minimize for now
Open animation 456
Edit, select all
Edit, copy and then close
Maximize your tag frames
Edit, select all
Move your slider all the way to the left so Frame 1 is on your screen
Edit, paste into selected frame (Frame 1)
Position over the flare in the center of the star, and then click once to set it in place
Save as a gif file
