This tutorial assumes a basic working knowledge of PSP and AS.

Scrap kit is Meadow Fairy from SophisticatSimone and is available for purchase from Hania's Design HERE.
The shining sun animation is also from SophisticatSimone, also available at Hania's Design HERE
The fairy is by Amy Brown, and is available at CDO HERE
The mask is FTU from Moonbeams and Spiderwebs HERE It's mask 65
The plugin Eye Candy 4000 - Gradient Glow and you can get that HERE


Open a new transparent image 600 x 600 and flood fill with white
You can resize later if you wish
Open paper 6. resize to 600 x 600, copy and close
Paste as new layer
Load your mask with source luminance, fit to canvas and hide all mask checked
Merge group
Open element 33, resize to 540 width, copy and close
Paste as new layer and move up just a little bit
Click your group layer to activate it
Open element 12, copy, close and paste as new layer
Move up a bit and to the right
Open element 20, resize to 150 width, copy and close
Paste as new layer and move up and to the left of the yellow flower
Open element 21, resize to 160 width, copy and close
Paste as new layer and move up and to the left of the heart shaped balloons
Click your top layer to activate it
Open element 43, resize to 280 width, copy and close
Paste as new layer and move to the right
Open element 8, resize to 160 width, copy and close
Paste as new layer and move to the left side
Open element 49, copy, close and paste as new layer
Move down a bit
Open element 64, resize to 150 width, copy and close
Paste as new layer and move down a bit and to the right side
Open element 72, resize to 600 width, copy and close
Paste as new layer and move down to the bottom
Open element 64 again, resize to 150 width, copy and close
Paste as new layer and move down and to the left side
Open element 39, resize to 180 width, copy and close
Paste as new layer and move down and to the left, in front of the little yellow flowers
Open element 18, resize to 110 width, copy and close
Paste as new layer and move to the bottom right
Open element 40, resize to 120 width, copy and close
Paste as new layer and move to the bottom right beside the lantern
Open your Amy Brown fairy, resize to 250 width, copy and close without saving
Paste as new layer and move her into position
Open element 30, resize quite small and move to the fairy's hands
Open one of the birds - whichever one you like - resize quite small and put on the clock tower
Open element 74, resize to about 100 width, copy and close
Paste as new layer and move to the bottom and right a bit
Go through your layers and add drop shadows
I used 0, 3, 35, 5, black
Add the copyright info and license number for the Amy Brown tube
Convert to raster
Effects, plugins, Eye Candy 4000, Gradient Glow
On the color tab choose white
On the basic tab, 7, 25, 100, draw box checked
Lower the opacity of this layer to 60%
For my text, I used Riesling, #084970
Give it a gradient glow also - only change opacity to 75
Click your group layer to activate it
Merge down
Copy this merged layer and go to AS
Right click to paste as new animation
Duplicate until you have 15 frames and then minimize for now
Open the sun animation from SophisticatSimone
Edit, select all
Animation, resize animation and choose 300 width
Edit, copy and then close
Maximize your background frames
Edit, select all
Edit, paste into selected frame - frame 1
Postion the sun at the top right and click once to set in place
Minimize your frames
Back to PSP
Close the eye on the merged background
Click any other layer to activate it
Edit, copy special, copy merged
Go to AS and right click to paste as new animation
Duplicate until you have 15 frames
Edit, select all
Edit, copy and then close
Maximize your background frames again
Edit, paste into selected frame - frame 1
Position and then click once to set in place
If you wish to resize, click animation, resize animation and choose the size you want
Save as a gif file
