This tutorial assumes a basic working knowledge of PSP and AS.

Scrap kit is Mermaid Dreams from Hania's Design and is available for purchase from her store HERE The kit is a match for the Stella Felice tube
The tube is by Stella Felice also available at Hania's Design Store HERE
The animation is by SophisticatSimone also at Hania's Design Store HERE
Mask and font of choice
You'll need the plugin Eye Candy 4000, Gradient Glow and you can get that HERE


Open a new transparent image 600 x 600 and flood fill with white - you can resize later if you like
Open paper 10, resize to 600 x 600, copy, close and paste as new layer
Load your mask and then merge group
Open element 98, resize to 400 width, copy, close and paste as new layer
Click your group layer to activate it
open element 31, resize to 600 width, copy and close
Paste as new layer and move to the bottom
Open element 9, copy, close and paste as new layer
Move to the bottom
Open element 7, resize to 230 width, copy and close
Paste as new layer and move to the right side of the frame
Open element 8, resize to 210 width, copy and close
Paste as new layer and move to the right side
Open element 6, resize to 160 width, copy and close
Paste as new layer and move down and to the left side of the frame
Open element 3, copy, close and paste as new layer
Move down to the bottom edge of the frame
Open element 65, resize to 450 width, copy and close
Paste as new layer and move down near the bottom and to the right
With your magic wand, click inside the frame
Selections, modify, expand 5
Open paper 12, copy and close
New raster layer
Paste into selection
Deselect
Move this below the frame layer
Open element 52, resize to 150 width, copy and close
Paste as new layer and position where the water meets the sky
Layers, new mask layer, show all
With your eraser tool set with opacity at 30, move it across the bottom of the fish a couple of times to set the fish in the water
Merge group
Click your frame layer to activate it
Open a shell that you like, resize and put it at the bottom left of the frame
Open element 35, resize to 100 width, copy and close
Paste as new layer and move to the right side of the frame
Open element 28, resize to 100 width, copy and close
Paste as new layer and move up a bit and to the left side of the frame
Open element 59, flip horizontal, resize to 160 width, copy and close
Paste as new layer and move to the right side near the bottom of the frame
Open your Stella Felice tube, choose the layers you want and resize her to about 500 height, copy and close
Paste as new layer and sit her in the frame
Open element 75, resize to 200 width, copy and close
Paste as new layer and move down in front of the mermaid
Open element 92, resize to 130 width, copy and close
Move to the bottom just to the right of the book
Open element 10, resize to 130 width, copy and close
Paste as new layer and move down so the chain overlaps the book
Open element 49, resize to 130 width, copy and close
Paste as new layer and move to the bottom right
Go through your layers and add drop shadows to your elements
I used 0, 3, 30, 5, black
Add the copyright info and license number for the Stella Felice tube
Convert to raster
Effects, plugins, Eye Candy 4000, Gradient Glow
On the color tab choose white
On the basic tab, 7, 25, 100, draw box checked
Lower the opacity of this layer to 60%
For my text I used #002e3d and gave it the same gradient glow
Click your mask layer to activate it
Merge down
Copy this merged layer and go to AS
Right click to paste as new animation
Duplicate until you have 16 frames and then minimize for now
Open the bubbles animation from SophisticatSimone
Edit, select all
Edit, copy and then close
Maximize your background frames
Edit, select all
Edit, paste into selected frame - frame 1
Position so the top of the bubbles just about run off the top of the tag
Click once to set in place
Minimize again
Back to PSP
Close the eye on the merged background layer
Click any other layer to activate it
Edit, copy special, copy merged
Go to AS and right click to paste as new animation
Duplicate until you have 16 frames
Edit, select all
Edit, copy and then close
Maximize your background animation frames
Edit, paste into selected frame - frame `1
Position and click once to set it place
If you wish to resize, click animation, resize animation and choose the size you want
Save as a gif file
