This tutorial assumes a basic working knowledge of PSP and AS.

Scrap kit is by Chili Designz called An Ocean of Love and is available at Hania's Design store HERE.
The bubbles animation is by SophisticatSimone, available at CDO HERE
The mermaid is copyright to Molly Harrison and is also available at CDO HERE
The mask is FTU from Rocked By Rachel and you can get it HERE It's mask 3 in package 45
You'll need the plugin Eye Candy 4000 - Gradient Glow and you can get that HERE


Install your plugin before beginning
Put the mask in your masks folder
Open a new transparent image, 600 x 600 and flood fill with white
You can resize later if you wish
Open paper 8, resize to 600 x 600, copy and close
Paste as new layer
Load your mask with source luminance, fit to canvas and hide all mask checked
Merge group
Flip horizontal
Open frame 3, resize to 470 width, copy, close and paste as new layer
Click your group layer to activate it
Open the compass, resize to 300 width, copy and close
Paste as new layer and move so it's in the middle of the inner circle in the frame
Open the wordart, resize to 70 width, copy and close
Paste as new layer and move into the circle in the middle of the compass
Open the sand, resize to 380 width, copy and close
Paste as new layer and move to the bottom right
Open the glitter, resize to 450 width, copy and close
Paste as new layer and move to the top left
Erase any of the glitter that's inside the frame
Paste as new layer, flip horizontal and move to the bottom right
Erase any of the glitter tha's inside the frame
Click your frame layer to activate it
Open deco 5, resize to 130 width, copy and close
Paste as new layer and move to the bottom left
Open your Molly Harrison tube, copy and close
Paste as new layer and move down and to the left, overlapping the wooden posts
Click your frame layer to activate it again
Open flower, resize to 150 width, copy and close
Paste as new layer and move to the left side of the frame, behind the mermaid
Duplicate this layer
Make the flower a bit smaller and move down next to the mermaid's fin
Open greenery, flip horizontal, resize to 180 width, copy and close
Paste as new layer and move to the left a bit
Open flower 3, resize to 175 width, copy and close
Paste as new layer and move down to the bottom and right just a bit
Open shell 10, resize to 70 width, copy and close
Paste as new layer and move to the right of the blue flower
Open deco 8, resize to 200 width, copy and close
Paste as new layer and move below the shell at the bottom right
Open shell 4, resize to 120 width, copy and close
Paste as new layer and move to the bottom and right just a bit
Open the net, resize to 380 width, copy and close
Paste as new layer and move to the bottom
Open deco 6, resize to 440 width, copy and close
Paste as new layer and move to the top of the frame
Erase the bit on the left that sticks out behind the mermaid's head
Open the bow, resize to 240 width, copy and close
Paste as new layer and move to the top left of the frame
Open the seagull, flip horizontal, resize to 280 width, copy and close
Paste as new layer and move up a bit and to the right
Duplicate this layer
Move up above the top right of the frame
Open the seahorse, flip horizontal, resize to 75 width, copy and close
Paste as new layer and move to the bottom left
Open the bottle, resize to 135 width, copy and close
Paste as new layer and move to the bottom, overlapping the net
Go through your layers and add drop shadows - I used 0, 3, 30, 5, black
Add the copyright info and license number for the Molly Harrison tube
Convert to raster
Effects, plugins, Eye Candy 4000, Gradient Glow
On the color tab choose white
On the basic tab, 7, 25, 100, draw box checked
If you want it down the side like I did, rotate left 90
Lower the opacity to 60%
For my text I used the font TiaMaria Script #122a3c
Give your text a small drop shadow - I used 0, 2, 30, 2, black
Starting with the frame layer, merge down to and including the white background layer
Copy this merged layer and go to AS
Right click to paste as new animation
Duplicate until you have 14 frames and then minimize for now
Open the bubbles animation from SophisticatSimone
Edit, select all
Animation, mirror
Edit, copy and then close
Maximize your background frames
Edit, select all
Edit, paste into selected frame - frame 1
Postion and click once to set it in place
Minimize for now
Back to PSP and close the eye on the merged background layer
Click any other layer to activate it
Edit, copy special, copy merged
Go to AS and right click to paste as new animation
Duplicate until you have 14 frames
Edit, select all
Edit, copy and then close
Maximize your background frames
Edit, paste into selected frame - frame 1
Position and click once to set in place
If you wish to resize, click animation, resize animation and choose the size you want
Save as a gif file
