Open your fonts and minimize to the task bar Open AS and minimize for now In PSP, open a new image, 600 x 250 Open your polar bear tube, copy and close Paste as new layer Effects, Plugins, Mura Meister - Copies: ![]() Crop to size Adjust, blur, radial blur: ![]() Effects, 3D effects, Cutout ![]() New raster layer Repeat the cutout but change to -5, -5 Merge these three layers together Duplicate this layer so you have three of them On the top one, effects, plugins, eye candy 5 - nature - snow drift: Under Settings choose Dusting - Light Under Basic: ![]() You can play with your random settings to get what you want - yours will likely be a bit different than mine anyway On the middle layer, repeat the plugin but click random settings once On the bottom layer, repeat the plugin but click random settings once Delete your bottom empty raster layer Click on your top layer to activate it Paste as new layer - should be your polar bear tube still Move to the left side and resize to suit, then give it a drop shadow Click on the layer below the polar bear to activate it Open the polar_grommets, copy and close Paste as new layer and move close to the bottom, give it a small drop shadow Duplicate this layer and move up enough for you to get text between the two Type your text between the two grommet layers I used simfang, #90a4c2 and gave it a small drop shadow Add your copyright info and license below the bottom grommets For my name I used DebonairJF, foreground #30385f and background #90a4c2, stroke with 2 Give it a small drop shadow Effects, eye candy 5, nature, snow drift: ![]() Now to animate! Close the eye on the bottom two snow drift layers Click on the top snow drift layer to activate it Edit, copy special, copy merged (in some versions just copy merged) Go to AS and right click to paste as new animation Back to psp, close the eye on the top snowdrift layer Click on the middle snowdrift layer and open the eye Edit, copy special, copy merged Go to AS and paste after current frame Back to psp, close the eye on the middle snowdrift layer Click on the bottom snowdrift layer and open the eye Edit, copy special, copy merged Go to AS and paste after current frame Edit, select all Animation, frame properties, and change the speed to suit - I used 30 Save as a GIF file and you have a new tag! tagcatz
