This tutorial assumes a basic working knowledge of PSP and AS. I use X5 but any version will do.

This tut uses a FTU scrap kit from Mago74 called Rose, and is available HERE.

The animation is PTU from SophisticatSimone, package 30, and is available for purchase from CDO HERE
The woman image is copyright to Anna Liwanag and is available for purchase from CDO HERE

You will need the plugin Greg's Factory Output Vol 11 - Pool shadow and you can get that HERE It's called Factory Output II on this site.
The mask is FTU from Moonbeams & Spider Webs, #28 HERE

Open a new image 600 x 250 and flood fill with #d28894
Open paper 6, resize to 600 width, copy, close and paste as new layer
Load your mask and then merge group
Lower the opacity to 60%
Put your background color to #a0395f, null the foreground
With your preset shapes tool, pull a rectangle across the tag wide enough to put text on
Convert to raster layer
Effects, texture effects, blinds - width 2, opacity 50, color white, horizontal and light boxes checked
Give this a drop shadow
I used 3, 3, 20, 5 black, and then also -3, -3, 20, 5 black
Open element 72, resize to about 600 width, copy, close and paste as new layer
Move it to the top left and position how you like
Give it a drop shadow
Open element 57, resize quite small, copy, close and paste as new layer
Move below the branch layer - and fiddle a bit to get it where you want and the size you want
Again drop shadow
Open your Anna Liwang tube, copy and close
Paste as new layer and position her on the right side and give her a drop shadow
New raster layer
Select all
Selections, modify, contract, 5
Selections invert
Flood fill with your background color
Effects, plugins, Greg's Factory Output Vol II - Pool Shadow - default settings
Deselect
Add your copyright info and license number for the Anna Liwang tube
For my text, I used the background color again and gave it a drop shadow of 2, 2, 20, 2, black
Click your group layer and merge it down with the background layer
Copy this layer and go to AS and paste as new animation
Duplicate until you have 16 frames
Minimize for now
Open animation #90 from the SophisticatSimone package 30
Edit, select all
Edit, copy and then close
Maximize your background frames
Edit, select all
Edit, paste into selected frame (Frame 1)
Position towards the right side and click once to set it in place
Minimize for now
Back to PSP and close the eye on the merged background layer
Click any other layer to activate it
Edit, copy special, copy merged
Go to AS and paste as new animation
Duplicate until you have 16 frames
Edit, copy and then close
Maximize your background animation frames
Edit, paste into selected frame (Frame 1)
Save as a gif file and you have a new tag!
