This tutorial assumes a basic working knowledge of PSP.

The mask is FTU from Moonbeams & Spiderwebs and you can get it HERE It's mask 62
You'll need the plugin Eye Candy 4000 - Gradient Glow and you can get that HERE


Install your plugin before beginning
Put the mask in your masks folder
Open a new transparent image, 600 x 600
Open paper 4, resize to 600 x 600, copy, close and paste as new layer
Load your mask with source luminance, fit to canvas and hide all mask checked
Open your Verymany tube, resize to about 500 height, copy and then minimize for now
Paste as new layer
Click your group layer to activate it
Open frame, resize to 300 width, copy and close
Paste as new layer and move to the top left
Open paper 10, copy and close
With your magic wand click inside the frame
Selections, modify, expand, 5
New raster layer
Edit, paste into selection
Deselect
Move below the frame layer
Maximize your Verymany tube again and choose the closeup layer
You can close this now, we don't need it again
Paste as new layer
Position the girl in the frame and then use your selection tool to remove any parts outside the frame
Reduce the opacity of this layer to 60%
Open frame 3, resize to 300 width, copy and close
Paste as new layer and move up a bit and to the right
With your magic wand click inside the frame
Selections, modify, expand, 5
New raster layer
Edit, paste into selection
Deselect
Move below the frame layer
Click your group layer to activate it
Open flowerleaves3, resize to 320 width, copy and close
Paste as new layer and move to the top right
Duplicate this layer
Image, rotate, left, 90
Move this down and to the left side
Open flower4, copy, close and paste as new layer
Move to the top right
Click the layer with the frame on the right side
Open drapery, resize to 140 width, copy and close
Paste as new layer and move over the right side of the frame
Click your top layer to activate it
Open the basket, resize to 200 width, copy and close
Paste as new layer and move to the bottom left
Open the hat, resize to 165 width, copy and close
Paste as new layer and move down on top of the trunk
I added some butterflies, resized, to the left side - there are a couple to choose from so pick what you like!
Open feather 2, resize to 200 width, flip horizontal, copy and close
Paste as new layer and move down and to the left, overlapping the hat
Open cog 7, resize to 110 width, copy and close
Paste as new layer and move down, overlapping the feather
Open leaves 4, resize to 230 width, copy and close
Paste as new layer and move to the bottom right
Open hearts3, resize to 90 width, copy and close
Move down and to the right, overlapping the girl's arm and the leaves
Open the bow, resize to 280 width, copy and close
Paste as new layer and move down so the bow overlaps the heart
Open jewel 17, resize to 110 width, copy and close
Paste as new layer and move to the bottom and slightly right
Open the cup, resize to 130 width, copy and close
Paste as new layer and move to the bottom in front of the bow
Open flower 4, resize to 165 width, copy and close
Paste as new layer and move to the bottom and slightly left
With your selection tool, remove any parts of the girl at the bottom beneath the elements
Go through your layers and add drop shadows to your elements
I used 0, 3, 30, 5, black
If you want to resize, do that now before adding any text
Add the copyright info and license number for your Verymany tube
Convert to raster
Effects, plugins, Eye Candy 4000, Gradient Glow
On the color tab, choose white
On the basic tab, 7, 25, 100, draw box checked
Reduce the opacity of this layer to 60%
For my text I used Capistrano BF, #bd4e00
I gave it the same gradient glow as the CR
Merge visible and save as a png file
