This tutorial assumes a basic working knowledge of PSP and AS. I use X5 but any version will do.

This tut uses a FTU scrap kit from Sophisticated Simone called Silver, and is available HERE.
The mask (63) and animation (fairy dust) used are also FTU and are from Sophisticated Simone and on the same site!
The woman image is copyright to Roman Zaric and is available for purchase from his store HERE

You will need the plugin Greg's Factory Output Vol 11 - Pool shadow and you can get that HERE It's called Factory Output II on this site.

Install your plugin before beginning
Put your mask in your masks folder
Open a new image 600 x 600 and flood fill with white
You can resize it later if you wish
New raster layer and flood fill with black
Load mask 63, then merge group
Open element 14, copy and close then paste as new layer
Open silver scatter-004, resize to 600 width, copy and close
Paste as new layer and move down just a bit
Open frame 11, resize to about 500 height, copy and close
Paste as new layer and move to the left
With your magic wand, click inside the frame
New raster layer
Selections modify, expand 10
Flood fill with #c0c0c0
Effects, plugins, Greg's Factory Output, Vol 11 - pool shadow - default settings
Deselect and move below the frame layer
Click your frame layer to activate it
Open element 12, resize quite small, copy and close
Paste as new layer and move to the bottom left side of the frame
I erased a bit of the stem so it looked like it was tucked into the ribbon
Open your Roman Zaric tube, copy and close
Paste as new layer and move her to the right of the frame
Duplicate this layer and then move it down below the frame
Image Mirror
Place her in position and erase any parts outside of the frame
Layers, properties, and reduce opacity to 70
Add drop shadows to your elements - I used 3, 3, 20, 5, black
Add your copyright info and license number for the Roman Zaric tube
For my text I used Good Vibrations ROB, black - any nice script font will do!
I gave my text a drop shadow of 2, 2, 20, 2, black
Merge your bottom 4 layers into one - white, mask, fan and scatter
Copy this and go to AS and right click to paste as new animation
Duplicate until you have 16 frames and then minimize for now
Open animation 396 from the fairy dust animations
Edit, select all
Edit, copy and then close
Maximize your background frames
Edit, select all
Make sure to move your slider to the left so frame one is on the screen - you want to paste into frame 1
Edit, paste into selected frame (frame 1)
Position about middle and to the right, and click once to set it in place
Minimize for now
Back to PSP
Close the eye on your merged background
Click any other layer to activate it
Edit, copy special, copy merged
Go to AS and right click to paste as new animation
Duplicate until you have 16 frames
Edit, select all
Edit, copy and then close
Edit, paste into current frame - again frame 1
Position where you want and then click once to set it in place
If you want to resize, click animation, resize animation and choose the size you want
Save as a gif file and you're done!
