This tutorial assumes a basic working knowledge of PSP and AS. I use X5 but any version will do.

The scraps used are from a FTU kit called Summer In the City by Digicats (and Dogs) and is available HERE
The animation featured is from Sophisticat Simone, package 30, and is available from CDO HERE
The woman image is copyright to Amberly Berendson and is available at MTA HERE
You will need the following plugins:
Mura's Seamless - Emboss at Alpha and you can get that HERE
Eye Candy 5 - Impact - Gradient Glow and you can get that HERE

Install your plugins before beginning
Open a new transparent image 600 x 250
Flood fill with black
Open the cityscape, resize to about 400 width, copy and close
Paste as new layer and position on the left side
Open the street lamp, resize to about 400 height, copy and close
Paste as new layer and position on the left over the streetscape
I also added a couple of the street signs - very New York lol
Resize them and place how you like them over the street sign
Open your Amberly Berendson tube, copy and close
Paste as new layer and move her to the right side
Duplicate this layer
Add your drop shadows
On the bottom lady layer, adjust blur, gaussian blur, 5
Add your copyright info for the Anberly Berendson tube
For my text I used Always Black, #280248, but any nice script font would work
Convert to raster and add a small drop shadow
