This tutorial assumes a basic working knowledge of PSP and AS.

Scrap kit is by Summer Sweetie by SophisticatSimone, available at Hania's Design Store HERE
The tube is PTU by Victoria Fox and is available at The PSP Project HERE

Install your plugin before beginning
Put the mask in your PSP masks folder
Open a new transparent image 600 x 600, and flood fill with white
You can resize later if you wish
Open paper 7, resize to 600 x 600, copy, close and paste as new layer
Load your mask with source luminance, fit to canvas and hide all mask checked
Flip vertical
Merge group
Open element 76, copy, close and paste as new layer
Click your group layer to activate it
Open element 2, resize to 580 width, copy, close and paste as new layer
Move to the top left
Open element 16, resize to 230 width, copy, close and paste as new layer
Move to the left side and up a bit
Open element 8, resize to 280 width, copy, close and paste as new layer
Move to the top right
Open element 53, flip horizontal, copy, close and paste as new layer
Move to the right
Click your top layer to activate it
Open element 73, copy, close and paste as new layer
Move to the bottom
Open element 52, resize to 105 width, copy, close and paste as new layer
Drag below the rock layer and move slightly to the right
Open element 79, resize to 140 width, copy, close and paste as new layer
Move to the right side and down a bit
Click your rock layer to activate it
Open your Victoria Fox tube, copy, close and paste as new layer
I resized her just a bit smaller
With your eraser tool, set the opacity to 50% and just touch across the bottom of her legs a bit to "set" her in the water
Click your rock layer again to activate it
Open element 26, resize to 80 width, copy, close and paste as new layer
Move to the right side of the rock and rotate right just a bit
I put the sailboat and the ball "into" the water, resized, using the eraser tool again - same setting
Add the fins and some grass on the left side of the girl, resized and useing the erase tool again - same settings
Go through your layers and add drop shadows to your elements
I used 0, 3, 30, 5, black
Add the copyright info and license number for the Victoria Fox tube
Convert to raster
Effects, plugins, Eye Candy 4000, Gradient Glow
On the color setting choose white
On the basic tab, 7, 25, 100, draw box checked
Reduce the opacity of this layer to 70%
For my text I used #03005d with a PTU font called SNF Ambrosia - but use any font you like!
I gave the text the same gradient glow, except I changed overall opacity from 100 to 75
Merge all flatten
Copy and go to AS, right click to paste as new animation
Duplicate until you have 14 frames and then minimize for now
Open the lantern animation from SophisticatSimone - I used Lantern Light 1
Edit, select all
Animation, resize animation to 50%
Edit, copy and then close
Maximize your tag frames
Edit, select all
Edit, paste into selected frame - always frame 1
Position over one of the lights on the tree and click once to set in place
Edit, paste into selected frame
Postion over another of the lights on the tree and click once to set in place
Repeat this for however many lights you want to animate
If you wish to resize, click animation, resize animation and choose the size you want
Save as a gif file
