This tutorial assumes a basic working knowledge of PSP. I use X5 but any version will do.

This tut uses a FTU scrap kit from Mago74 called Sweet, and is available HERE.

The woman image is copyright to Jennifer Janesko and is available for purchase from CDO HERE

You will need the plugin Greg's Factory Output Vol 11 - Pool shadow and you can get that HERE It's called Factory Output II on this site.
The mask is FTU from SophisticatSimone (#82) and is available from here site HERE

Open a new image 500 x 500 and flood fill with white
You can resize it later if you wish
Open paper 1, resize to 600 x 600, copy close and paste as new layer
Open word art 1, resize to 500 width, copy, close and paste as new layer
Move up and to the right
Reduce the opacity to 50%
Duplicate and move down about half way
Open cluster frame 1, resize to about 500 width, copy, close and paste as new layer
Click your top word art layer to activate it
Open element 35, resize to about 200 width, copy, close and paste as new layer
Move to the top right of the frame
Open element 80, resize to 400 width, copy, close and paste as new layer
Move to the bottom of the frame
Open element 74, resize to 400 width, copy, close and paste as new layer
Move just under the pink frame on the right side
Click inside the pink circle frame with your magic wand
Selections modify, expand 10
New raster layer
Flood fill with #dde3e3
Effects, plugins, Greg's Factory Output Vol II - Pool Shadow - default settings
Deselect
Move below the frame layer
Open element 116, resize quite small, copy close and paste as new layer
Move so it appears to hang inside the frame
Click your frame layer to activate it again
With your magic wand, click inside the left frame
Selections, modify, expand 5
New raster layer
Flood fill with #dde3e3
Effects, Pool Shadow - same settings
Deselect
Move below the frame layer
Open your Jennifer Janesko tube, copy and minimize for now
Paste as new layer and move her into the frame
Erase those parts outide the frame
Click your frame layer again
Open the flowers, greenery and bows of your choice and place in front of the flattened clock
Copy your Jennifer Janesko tube again and then close
Paste as new layer and move her slightly to the left
Go through your layers and add your drop shadows where needed
If you're going to resize, do that now before adding text
Add your copyright info and license number for the Jennifer Janesko tube
For my text I used #5a83b0 - use any nice script font
Give your text a small drop shadow
Merge all flatten
Save as a jpg file
