This tutorial assumes a basic working knowledge of PSP and AS.

Scrap kit is Witchy Night from Tagcatz Design and is available exclusively at Hania's Design Store HERE.
The tube is PTU by Celinart Pinup and is also available at Hania's Design Store HERE
The animation is from SophisticatSimone, available CDO HERE It's one of three animations in the package
The mask is FTU from Moonbeams & Spiderwebs and you can get it HERE It's mask 65
Font of choice. I used SNF Ambrosia which is a PTU font
Eye Candy 4000 Gradient Glow and you can get it HERE


Install your plugin before beginning
Put the mask in your masks folder
Open a new transparent image 600 x 600 and flood fill with white
Open paper 7, resize to 600 x 600, copy, close and paste as new layer
Load your mask with source luminance, fit to canvas and hide all mask checked
Merge group
Duplicate this layer and flip horizontal
Open element 24, resize to 440 width and move down a bit
With your magic wand, click inside the frame
Selections, modify, expand 8
New raster layer
Open paper 2, copy and close
Paste into selection
Deselect
Move this below the frame layer
Click your copy of the group layer to activate it
Open element 87, resize to 365 width and move to the top right
Open element 1, resize to 270 width and move to the top middle
Rotate it right a bit
Open element 79, resize to 300 width and move to the top left
Activate your frame layer
Open element 22, resize to 240 width and move to the bottom left of the frame
Open element 57, resize to 115 width and move to the left side of the frame
Open element 14, resize to 220 width and move in front of the bottom of the candlestick
Open element 4, resize to 240 width and move to the bottom right of the frame
Open element 12, resize quite small and move in front of the cauldron
Duplicate this layer and rotate it right a bit
Open element 83, resize to 130 width and move down and to the left a bit
Open element 72, resize to 90 width and move down and to the left, partially in front of the belladonna jar
Open element 40, resize to 105 width and move down and slightly left
Open your Celinart Pinup tube and choose the layers you want
Resize to 600 height and paste as new layer
Move her slightly to the right
Open element 76, resize to 400 width and move to the bottom, in front of the girl
Open element 93, resize very small and put in front of the bottle of eyeballs
Open element 26, resize to 180 width and move to the bottom and to the right
Go through your layers and add drop shadows to your elements
I used 0, 3, 30, 6, black
Add the copyright info and license number for the Celinart Pinup tube
Convert to raster
Effects, plugins, Eye Candy 4000, Gradient Glow:
On the color tab choose white
On the basic tab, 7, 25, 100, draw box checked
Reduce the opacity of this layer to 70%
For my text I used black and a PTU font, SNF Ambrosia
I gave it the same gradient glow as the CR
Activate the layer below the frame layer
Starting with this, merge down to and including the white background layer
Copy this merged layer and go to AS, right click to paste as new animation
Duplicate until you have 16 frames and then minimize for now
Open the lightning animation from SophisticatSimone
Edit, select all
Animation, resize animation and choose 50%
Edit, copy and then close
Maximize your tag frames
Edit, select all
Edit, paste into selectd frame - always frame 1
Position about the middle of the image for the frame, and near the top of it
Click once to set in place
Minimize for now
Back to PSP and close the eye on the merged layer
Click any other layer to activate it
Edit, copy special, copy merged
Go to AS and right click to paste as new animation
Duplicate until you have 16 frames
Edit, select all
Edit, copy and then close
Maximize your tag frames again
Edit, paste into selected frame - again frame 1
Position and then click once to set in place
If you wish to resize, click animation, resize animation and choose the size you want
Save as a gif file
